The vineyards are planted on terraces at altitudes of between 150 m and 330 m, in the exceptional setting of the Dentelles de Montmirail, a terroir classified as a Côtes-du-Rhône Cru.
The Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Viognier and Muscat petit grain grape varieties are planted according to the soils but also the exposures, in order to reveal all their amplitude and generosity.
These plots are difficult to access - all the grapes are worked, selected, sorted and picked by hand - and yields are naturally low, but that doesn't matter.
What counts is the search for optimum expression.
The care taken in the vineyard and the precision and rigour of the methods used in the vineyard and cellar have resulted in our highly-regarded, accessible wines:
Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, Beaumes-de-Venise rouge, Côte du Rhône.
